These terms govern your use of Endless U (the ChatGPT app and the companion website at endlessu.ai). By using either, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use Learn Anything.

What Endless U is

Endless U turns any topic you ask about into a guided, structured course, taught through conversation in ChatGPT, with your progress tracked and scored across sessions.

Accounts

You need an account (via sign-in) to save courses, track progress, or appear on the leaderboard. You’re responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under it.

Your content

Courses are generated through your conversation with ChatGPT and saved into Endless U at your direction. As between you and Endless U, you retain whatever rights you hold in that content, to the extent it’s yours to hold — AI-generated output is subject to OpenAI’s own usage policies, which govern what rights exist in it in the first place.

By saving a course, you grant Endless U a license to store, host, and display it as necessary to operate the service. By making a course public, you additionally grant other users the right to view it and clone it — meaning another user can copy its structure into their own account and work through it as their own course.

You’re responsible for what you create and publish. Don’t create or publish content that is illegal, infringes someone else’s rights, or is abusive, harassing, or otherwise harmful.

Public vs. private courses

Private courses are visible only to you but are still stored on our servers (see the Privacy Policy). Public courses are listed on the site, may be indexed by search engines, and can be cloned by other users. You choose whether a course is public or private, and can change it at any time.

Our rights over content

We may remove any course, public or private, or suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion — including for content that violates these terms, is spammy, or is otherwise harmful, whether or not we’ve built automated tooling to catch it.

The leaderboard

If you haven’t opted out, your anonymous handle, points, streak, and rank are shown publicly on the leaderboard. Your real name and email are never shown publicly.

No warranty

Endless U’s course content is generated by AI and may be incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong. It isn’t professional, medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice. Use your judgment. The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endless U is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the past 12 months (currently $0, as the service is free).

Changes to the service and these terms

Endless U is currently free. We may introduce paid features in the future; if we do, we’ll give notice before charging you for anything you’re currently using for free. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
